Feastin: Restaurant Empire is committed to protecting user privacy. This policy explains the
data we collect via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, how we use it,
retention periods, and your rights.
1. Collected Data
Firebase Analytics:
Session start and end times, session duration
Screen views and feature usage frequency
Locale settings, device model and OS version
Firebase Crashlytics:
Crash reports and error logs (stack traces, exception types)
Device state information (memory, CPU usage, etc.)
2. Data Not Collected
We do not collect any personally identifiable information or detailed user behavior:
Personal identifiers (name, email, phone)
Location data (GPS or IP-based)
Media or file contents
Detailed click-level tracking of user interactions
3. Data Processing & Retention
Analytics data is anonymized and retained for 14 months.
Crashlytics data is retained for 90 days for debugging purposes, then deleted automatically.
4. Data Security
All data is transmitted over TLS to Firebase servers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel
and regular security audits are conducted.
5. Third‑Party Sharing
We use Google/Firebase infrastructure only. No data is shared with other third‑party marketing or
advertising services.
6. Your Rights
Access: Request details of analytics or crash data collected about you.
Deletion: Request deletion of your data stored in Firebase.
Opt‑Out: Disable analytics and crash reporting within the app settings.
